What is your favorite item in your workspace?

MX Master 3. Amazing mouse. Aesthetics-wise I have one of Sarah Schwartz's pieces I commissioned hanging on my wall. One of my favorite pieces.

How do you spark creativity?

Stepping away from the screen, talking with friends, working out, walkin my dog, gettin a coffee. It can come from anywhere really. I've found writing to be helpful too.

How do you manage work-life balance?

I struggle with this, but since getting married I try to be intentional about logging off, making dinner, and spending time with my wife. It's made me realize that oftentimes, work can wait. If it can't I'll usually stay up late or get up early depending on how I'm feeling. Some people are night owls or early birds, but I've found I just go with however I'm feeling that day/week.

What do you think is the main benefit of remote work?

Flexibility and being able to work anywhere. If I want to go visit family for a week, I can work remotely super easily. Need to run a quick errand? I can step out for 15 or 20 min and then work a lil later.
