Nico Jeannen
An Indie Maker with multiple exits
About
Nico Jeannen originally dropped out of school and managed $1M in ad spend for someone else. After getting fired, he decided to teach himself how to code.
Since then, he launched 20 apps in a single year and has sold two for $265,000.
He's currently working on Maker Ads Guide, a resource that helps makers learn everything that they need to know in order to find new users for their app using Facebook Ads.

4 questions› What is the most recent item that you've added to your workspace?
The iPad M4 Pro. I use it as a second monitor when I travel around a lot, and I love using it with the pencil to take notes manually!
› How do you spark creativity?
Tough one! I don't have a specific process, but mind maps apps like Milanote or using FreeForm on the iPad helps a lot for that. Ex, if I need to brainstorm to get ideas about a particular topic.
› What does your typical day look like?
During my usual routine, wake up at 5:30AM, gym at 6AM, work from 7AM to 7-8 PM then go to sleep. When I need to grind, I wake up at 5:30 AM and work until 9-10PM :)
› How do you balance multiple projects at once?
I usually avoid balancing multiple projects, because it increases the potential for being distracted by mundane things. But when I have to, I usually do one week of one project, then another week the next project. Though I tend to prioritize having one main project taking me full time and side projects with low maintenance.
