› How do you manage work-life balance?

I think sustainability is key. I go through periods of working hard but then I don't guilt myself when I need to take a break.

› How do you spark creativity?

Creativity usually sparks when I'm away from my desk and not trying to be creative. Like when I'm biking to the gym or making breakfast in the morning. That's when the interesting connections get made.

› What do you think is the main benefit of remote work?

It allows work and life to become very fluid.
