What is your favorite item in your workspace?
The artwork behind my iMac because it adds a bit of color to an otherwise blank white wall and it's pretty to look at. It's by a Nigerian artist called Chigozie Obi.
How do you spark creativity?
I have A LOT of books and magazines, so if I need to clear my head to make room for new ideas, I just pick one up and flip through. It works better than waiting around staring at a blank cursor. I also love putting on a good playlist and dancing around when I need some.
How do you manage work-life balance?
I work four days a week at Buffer, so that helps a lot with balance. I also set clear boundaries for myself – I try to use each room in my apartment for its intended purpose.
What do you think is the main benefit of remote work?
Freedom to choose how, when and where I work.
