What is your favorite item in your workspace?

My favorite item in my workspace is probably my Sony XM4 headphones. I cannot work in silence and always need something playing on Spotify whether it's lo-fi focus music or some EDM to help me get hyped on some design work. I also love the noise canceling on these headphones to help me drown out any outside noise.

What do you think is the main benefit of remote work?

I think the flexibility that remote work offers is the main benefit. The ability to work from home, a coffee shop, the airport before boarding a flight, or anywhere really, has a huge impact on my work-life balance. I feel more productive and more inspired when I can move around and change my environment, rather than being stuck in a cubicle every day where there's not much room for creativity or inspiration.
