What is the most recent item that you’ve added to your workspace?
I most recently picked up the EppieBasic desk lamp. Although my office has decent natural lighting, sometimes you need that extra illumination on the task at hand. It’s great for staying out of the way and adjusting its ambient temperature throughout the day.
How do you spark creativity?
I go in extreme phases of pegging my creative capacity to the max for several weeks, then taking several weeks to rejuvenate and not push it. Play drums, play Xbox, nap in a hammock… these all help my mind come back down and prep for the next wave. During this downtime, I’ll usually stumble across an idea and let it bake for a bit. If I can’t stop thinking about it for several days, then I usually sit down and begin hacking away at it.
