About
Thomas Christensen is Head of Product at Typefully, a writing tool for publishing and growing your social media presence.
Before Typefully he worked in product at VEED and at Butter, which was acquired by Miro.
He works from his home office in Copenhagen after spending most of his twenties in Cambridge and Lisbon.
He recently he set up a second workspace built around an Eiermann table in a small backyard shed on his parents' farm, allowing him a place for deep work when he visits. It turns out, it’s also a great place to record demo videos.

5 questions› What is the most recent item that you've added to your workspace?
I recently added two orange Louis Poulsen Panthella lamps. Love them for being battery powered.
› What is one change you'd like to make to your current workspace?
I’m upgrading it right now with a Rode mic and Elgato lighting for filming product videos as well.
› Walk us through your morning routine. What is the first thing you do at your desk?
Make a pot of V60 coffee. Plan out the day, usually in my Moleskine notebook. Then I read up on news and check in product analytics for Typefully.
› What’s one productivity trick that actually works for you?
I’ve recently been experimenting with NOT keeping a todo list to dedicate more focus to the big and important things. By design, I will forget the trivial things and, if something is important, it tends to resurface.
It bites back at times, but I’ve generally found myself working in more impactful things and feeling less stressed.
› What’s the most underrated app or tool you use every day?
Probably CleanShot. I take sooo many screenshots daily and that app just nails the UX on Mac.
