How do you spark creativity?
I'm learning that consuming other people's work helps inspire me. That and having coffee once a month; on coffee day I get all kinds of sparks!
How do you manage work-life balance?
If I didn't have a family I would spend every second of my life working, to my own detriment. Having a family makes this pretty easy, though; I know I'm going to regret every moment I missed with my boys, and I'm also in a season of my career where it's time to start slowing down a bit, so that helps.
What is the most rewarding aspect of live streaming your programming?
It's so nice having people around while I work. I spent a decade working alone, from home, in my office. Having a bunch of friends hanging out with me on Twitch has been a breath of fresh air.
