What is your favorite item in your workspace?

My favorite item in my workspace is my Monitor because it allows me to see my designs clearly and I can also work on multiple tasks at the same time.

How do you spark creativity?

Writing things down and listening to music helps my creativity to flow via the pen.

How do you manage work-life balance?

I haven't been able to totally achieve work-life balance, but one thing I've started doing in the past few months has helped: I go to the gym by 5 p.m., and I set alarms to remind me to leave work for the day and head to the gym. I just grab dinner when I get home from the gym, so I can get a good night's sleep. I used to have trouble sleeping at night, but ever since I began that habit, it has significantly improved my sleeping.
